Frequently asked questions

Can I book on the day?
Yes — if we have availability, same-day bookings and walk-ins are welcome. To be sure of the plan you want, we recommend booking ahead.
Do I need to bring anything?
Bring nothing at all. Everything needed for dressing is included in the plan, and we store your luggage free of charge.
What time do I need to return everything?
There's no time limit on your rental — just return it by 18:00 (closing) the same day. Next-day return and return by post are also available (+¥2,200).
Can you help me in another language?
Our staff speak English, Chinese and Vietnamese, so visitors from overseas can come in with confidence.
What happens if it rains?
You can still come when it rains. We lend Japanese umbrellas free of charge, and Asakusa in the rain makes for beautifully atmospheric photos.
Is hair styling included?
Hair styling and hair accessories are included in most plans. Check each plan for details.
